Analysis of Data Normalization in Decision Making Process for ICU's Patients During the Pandemic

Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) helps decision makers to select the best solution among set of alternatives with respect criteria which have different scales. Selection by comparison between in most MCDM problems needs normalizing process that maps into same scale. Hence, using normalization techniques produces a ranking and has influence effects on final ranking. So, selecting more suitable technique for problem leads accurate results. Considering current pandemic importance efficient usage clinical staff ICU's bed, proper assists rank prioritize patients less error facilitates resource allocation ICU. This study introduces an assessment framework metrics ensure chosen method.
